New Huber slits are not working

New slits have to be calibrated first.
Solution:
1. Manually close slits to zero position
2. In spec, run the command “mot_par(motor,”calibrate”). One can also use “help xiahsc” to find useful information in spec
3. Type the unique serial numbers of the slits in the field 'generic parameters' of the spec configuration file
