  1. Open a Windows command prompt.
  2. Run The following commands exactly as shown:
    set LMX_EXTENDEDLOG=C:\Temp\lmx.log
    set > %LMX_EXTENDEDLOG%
    You can select and Copy the string from here and Paste it into the Command Prompt window from the right-click context menu.
  3. Run this command, adapting it to the path you installed ATK under:
    C:\"Program Files (x86)"\QuantumWise\atk-12.2.2\vnl\bin\vnl.exe
    It will take a few seconds for the command to start.
    Note: Do not start VNL by clicking on its icon in Explorer or its desktop shortcut.
  4. Move any VNL windows away from the command prompt window.
  5. Take a screenshot of your entire screen.
    Use Save Snip, Save As to produce an image file.
  6. Close VNL.
  7. In the Windows Explorer, navigate to the C:\Temp directory.
  8. Send by email the lmx.log file and the screenshot from step (5)
