Get the latest version at home
Go to https://hub.docker.com/r/danielzt12/dude
check out the latest version, and specify that when executing the docker run command.
Load data
File -> Open, point to the mda folder and click OPEN.
If you are using dude to look at data other than those acquired with the Eiger detector, change that under Settings -> Detector.
Main interface
[1] right mouse click on the canvas or drag while clicked, show the corresponding detector images. Also work for 1D scans.
[2] when doing step [1], the motor positions and detector values are also updated , under P0 (Point 0).
[3] left mouse click on the canvas updates the position under P1 (Point 1), and calculates the distance between P1 and P0. Does not work for 1D scans.
[4] disable Auto to change the min and max of the color scale. The colormap can be changed under Settings. Toggle Log to switch between log and linear scale. Toggle Scale to show / hide the scale bar. The scaler bar is valid for the vertical axis only, and is only valid for the horizontal axis if the step size in x and y are equal.
[5] drag while clicked with left mouse button to make a rectangle on the canvas to zoom in. Scroll up and down to change the zoom. drag when zoomed to pan.
[6] click Full to reset zoom.
[7] hover on the canvas will update the pixel position and intensity values. Show calibrated angles instead by enabling "Settings -> Show Angle". This is only valid for eiger-in positions and if the angle calibration files are found under the Analysis folder. Disable and enable again if the calibration files have been changed.
[5] change here to show values from existing detector channels. []
