PuTTY
- This is a very popular solution providing all functionalities: key management, a whole terminal emulator, and file transfer.
- The configuration panel is somewhat idiosyncratic to operate, notably regarding Saved Sessions. Numerous screenshots on Google provide guidance.
SftpDrive
- Commercial app (approx. $29)
- Direct Explorer integration – maps remote directory to a drive letter.
- Sister product of ExpandDrive for Mac OS X.
Other Programs
- A Comparison of Free SSH and SCP Programs for Windows gives an authoritative overview.
- Another Comparison of SSH clients is available on Wikipedia.
